After having a wonderful time at the boat. I came home in time to see my miniature donkeys new foal stand up. She was born shortly before I got home. My son Eddie had checked her an hour before I arrived and never noticed anything happening . We have a new Jenny and she is just as cute as can be. She has already met the dogs and thinks they are her new friends. She is a friendly little girl. Still not sure what we are going to call her.
We went back to the boat this week. Tuesday was perfect weather. We loaded the dogs onto the boat and headed to Beauselai Island. It is a National Park that you can only get to by boat. We all love it there because the place is gorgeous and is not that busy. The beach is fantastic and all sand. We dock the boat and spend the day. The dogs get to swim and play and run around and the kids and Ed play on the sea doo and wakeboard and tube. Everyone including mom is happy lol.
I finally cracked the secret to Youtube. the secret is there is no secret lol. It was easy. Here is a fun video of the girls playing Crocs and Alligators. They never get tired of wrestling
Every year we spend a few days a week on our boat in Midland. This is our first trip of the year. Ed took the boat up on Sunday and we left to go on Monday.
Now of course I figured all would go as planned lol. What a fool how do I forget year after year that nothing ever goes as planned.
First of all Ed was only going to be gone for about 5 hours on Sunday be back in the afternoon to help get things organized for Ben to come and watch the farm for me. Ed was gone 12 hours and got back on Sunday night at 8pm. so we are already behind. Actually I knnow my family well enough that I was goign to leave with the dogs on Sunday evening and get things organized at the boat. Nope never happened.
Monday morning rolls around and I am scurrying around trying to do the last minute things. Noon comes and I know that the day will be over before we get there. So I am ready to leave, dogs in the van. Get into the van turn the key nothing happens. No way this is...
